Draftkings Lineup Construction for Week 14 of the 2015-2016 NFL Season

DraftKings nfl millionaire maker 650X80

The approach this week is to play one cash game lineup on Draftkings.  Here is a plan for $20 worth of entries and you can adjust your plan up or down based on how much of your bankroll you are committing to week 11.  Of the $20 of entries, enter 14 $1 Head to Head games, 3 $1 3 man leagues, 2 $1 5 man leagues, and 1 $1 GPP.  This week is unique in the New York residents may not be allowed to play DFS as the judge has issued an order of no DFS until the case is resolved.  There may be overlay across DFS this weekend in GPPs so you may want to go heavy and also take advantage of the $3 entry fee for the Millionaire Maker this weekend.

Cash Game Lineup:

QB Ben Roethlisberger $6800

RB Shaun Draughn $4800

RB LeSean McCoy $6100

WR Antonio Brown $8900

WR Brandon Marshall $7600

WR Alshon Jeffrey $6900

TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins $2700

FLEX Cecil Shorts $3600

DST Chicago Bears $2500

Quarterback Breakdown:

Ben Roethlisberger is the QB selection this week in a game many predict will turn into a shootout.  Big Ben is averaging almost 400 yards and 2.7 TD passes per game over his last 4 games.  We choose the high priced stat of Ben and Antonio Brown for maximum exposure to this game.

Running Back Breakdown:

The Running Back selections for this lineup are LeSean McCoy and Shaun Draughn.  McCoy confirmed narrative street this week with his comments to the media about this game vs the Philadelphia Eagles and Coach Chip Kelly.  Karlos Williams is unlikely to play with a shoulder injury so McCoy is a high end RB1 getting all the touches.  The Philadelphia defense has surrendered 244 total yards on average to RBs over the past 3 games.  Shaun Draughn also has a great matchup as Cleveland has given up the most yards to RBs on the season.  Draughn has also received 18 targets in the last 3 weeks which gives you two PPR RBs this week.  They have a safe floor and a high ceiling.

Wide Receiver Breakdown:

The Wide Receiver slots are filled by Antonio Brown, Brandon Marshall, and Alshon Jeffrey.  A WR was selected for the FLEX spot also, Cecil Shorts.  Antonio Brown competes the aforementioned high end stack with our QB option Ben Roethlisberger.  Brown is averaging 8 catches for over 100 yards in his last 4 games and has now scored 4 TDs in his last 3 games, he’s guaranteed over 10 targets in this contest vs Cincinnati who has injuries in their secondary.  Marshall caught 12 of 13 targets for over 100 yards and a TD last week.  He is on fire and should continue that vs the Titans.  Keep in mind the Titans just got torched by Allen Robinson last week so Marshall should have another high scoring output.  Alshon Jeffrey continues to see a bunch of targets.  Cecil Shorts is a sneaky play this week.  The Patriots will surely use Malcolm Butler to shadow DeAndre Hopkins so Shorts will be free to work the middle of the field and rack up the targets.  If the scoring gets out of hand which is always a possibility when New England plays we could see Shorts get 10 targets and will surely pay off his price.

Tight End Breakdown:

There are a bunch of good cheap TE options this week but Austin Seferian-Jenkins was the selection.  Jenkins played just 21 of 71 offensive snaps last week and was targeted 6 times.  He dropped a TD pass in the end zone or his price would probably be even higher.  Cash in now before his snap totals go up and everyone notices he’s back and healthy.
