Fantasy Football Recap for Week 7

Demaryius Thomas big game leads the path to a million bucks for one fantasy football player during week 7. The Denver Broncos wide receiver has been on two out of three million dollar teams on DraftKings providing 45.6 points during week 5 and 40.1 fantasy points in week 7.

This past week Thomas was also part of one special touchdown as Peyton Manning connected with the fifth year receiver for the record breaking 509 touchdown of his career. Thomas wouldn’t stop their as he would also add a second touchdown later in the game to go with 171 yards on nine catches.

The big performance in week 7 help lead his fantasy owners as well as put him in the top 10 in touchdown catches, total receiving yards, plays of over twenty plus yards and yards after catch. Thomas was just one of the top fantasy performances for week 7.

 


 

Here are a few of the other top fantasy performances for week 7.

Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks: Wilson joined Thomas on that million dollar team racking up 43.12 points total on DraftKings. The Seahawks quarterback finished the day with 313 passing yards, two passing touchdowns, 106 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown.

Matt Forte, Chicago Bears:  The Bears running back might not be putting up the 100 yard rushing games like DeMarco Murray but he has been one of the top fantasy running backs in the NFL. Forte rushed for 49 yards with a touchdown and added six catches for 60 yards with one touchdown in the passing game.

Sammy Watkins, Buffalo Bills: Watkins not only pulled in the game winner on Sunday for the Bills he also racked up a good bit of fantasy points. The Bills receiver finished the day pulling in nine catches for 122 yards and two touchdowns. The performance landed Watkins 28.7 points for his fantasy owners on FanDuel.

Shane Vereen, New England Patriots: The Patriots found a way to hold on to the win on Thursday Night Football behind Tom Brady and Vereen. Vereen finished the day with 43 yards on the ground to go with his five catches for 71 yards and two touchdowns in the passing game.

Golden Tate, Detroit Lions: Tate has stepped in a big way while Calvin Johnson has been out the lineup. The former Seahawk pulled in 10 catches for 154 yards and one touchdown in the Lions win over the New Orleans Saints. This was Tate’s third game over 100 yards receiving and seventh straight game with at least five receptions.

Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos: With Thomas delivering for his fantasy owners that typically means Manning is also putting up big numbers. The Broncos quarterback not only found the record book he finished the day with 318 yards passing and four touchdowns on Sunday Night Football.

Le’Veon Bell, Pittsburgh Steelers: Bell’s big Monday Night delivered the win for the fantasy owner on Draftkings needing only 18 fantasy points. The Steelers running back finished the game with 57 yard rushing, 88 yards receiving, eight catches and one touchdown reception finishing his night with 28.5 fantasy points.
