Dalton and the Cincinnati Bengals host the San Diego Chargers at home. The Chargers are coming off a thrilling late win over the Kansas City Chiefs but allowed 294 yards and three passing touchdowns. Newton and the Carolina Panthers travel to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in an NFC South matchup. The key to this matchup will be the health of Darrelle Revis after leaving Sunday’s contest against the Detroit Lions.

Quarterbacks aren’t the only key plays this week as you have Frank Gore and Andre Brown each going against defenses that allow the second and third most fantasy points to the running back position. These are just a few of the key fantasy players for the weekend lineup after the three Thanksgiving Day games.

Top Quarterbacks Week 13:

andy dalton

Andy Dalton – The Bengals host the Chargers this weekend in what could be a shootout as both teams have quarterbacks that can throw the ball. Dalton has had an up and down season at points but has shown he has the ability to put up numbers.

Cam Newton – Newton and the Carolina Panthers have been red hot and that should continue this weekend against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Newton hasn’t been putting up three hundred yard games but has the potential to put up big numbers in both the passing and running game.

Top Running Backs Week 13:

frank gore

Frank Gore – Gore and the San Francisco 49ers travel to take on a St. Louis Rams team that has allowed 11 rushing touchdowns and over 1100 yards this season on the ground.

Andre Brown – In his last three games Brown has rushed for 308 yards and a touchdown for the New York Giants. This weekend he gets a shot at the Washington Redskins defense that continues to allow a a ton of stats to the running back position.

Top Wide Receivers Week 13:

michael floyd

Michael Floyd – Floyd along with Larry Fitzgerald are two wide receivers that can start this weekend against an Eagles defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season.

Harry Douglas – Since the Atlanta Falcons lost Julio Jones, Douglas has emerged as a viable option at the wide receiver position. In the last three games he has been targeted 29 times and pulled in 22 catches.

Top Tight End Week 13:

martellus bennett

Martellus Bennett – Bennett has had an up and down season but has a great opportunity in week 13 against the Minnesota Vikings. Bennett pulled in four catches for 62 yards and a touchdown in the Chicago Bears loss in week 12.

Jordan Cameron – Despite only pulling in three catches in the loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cameron was targeted 10 times. This is a good sign as the Browns take on a Jaguars defense that  has allowed over 700 yards and eight touchdowns to the tight end position this season.

Top Defense/Special Teams Week 12:

browns vs jaguars

Cleveland Browns – The Browns get the luxury of taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars in week 13. Despite a very good start last week for the Jaguars they lack true consistency on offense making any defense playing them a must start.

Miami Dolphins – The Dolphins host Geno Smith and the New York Jets in an AFC East battle. After watching the Jets offense against the Baltimore Ravens defense this makes the Dolphins a must start in week 13.
