The Open Championship is set to tee off in less than twenty four hours allowing us  just enough time to build our DraftKings lineup. For everyone that hasn’t paid attention to our articles of late, DraftKings is running their third $3 millionaire maker tournament of the season this week.

Now that we got that out of the way the question we asked ourselves when making this lineup is whether or not Jordan Spieth could win his third major of the season. While we have debated using him all week in the end we elected to go with Adam Scott as our top play. Spieth played in the John Deere tournament this past weekend delaying his arrival at St. Andrews and making us worry about whether jet lag will play any role this week.

Another name that will be a popular name is Tiger Woods after a solid performance at the Greenbrier shooting seven under. That being said we elected to skip him but could see him doing well this week.

Here is our PGA $3M Millionaire Maker lineup for this week at The Open Championship.

Adam Scott ($10,700): Scott should be a heavy favorite entering the Open Championship despite not playing since the US Open. In that event Scott finished at three under par after shooting a final round of 64 to finish tied four fourth. Overall Scott has appeared in 10 PGA events this year making the cut in eight along with two top ten finishes.

Thongchai Jaidee ($6,800): While Jaidee might not be a household name we were looking for solid play options that might go under the radar and be used less than the big name stars. Jaidee has played well of late on the European Tour finishing  tied for 11^th or higher in three of his last six events.

Gary Boyd ($6,000): Since we are looking for players who might go under the radar, Body fits the description as well as being one big gamble that could cash in for us. Boyd plays on the Challenge Tour in Europe. Boyd has been hot of late finishing fourth at the Scottish Hydro Challenge along with two other top five finishes over his last six tournaments.

Kevin Kisner ($7,000): The former Georgia Bulldog has played in 23 events this season finishing second in three of those events. Along with the three second place finishes, Kisner has three additional top ten performances while making 17 of 23 cuts along the way.

Jason Day ($9,800): Day will be paired up with both Tiger Woods and Louis Oosthuizen in the 19^th group teeing off. While that doesn’t mean anything we like the Australian in this event after not playing in a tournament since the US Open in June. One option is to switch Day for Oosthuizen and Bubba Watson for Paul Casey.

Bubba Watson ($9,400):  Watson is one of the players we expect to be used in a higher percentage than some of the other smaller names. That being said we love Watson this week at St. Andrews. Watson has made the cut in ten of his eleven events that he has appeared in this year adding two victories and three additional top ten performances.
