NBA FanDuel Lineup for Wednesday December 7th 2016

Fanduel NBA general

The NBA is nearly in full steam on Wednesday Night with a solid ten game slate to build our daily fantasy lineups around. At the top of those options includes top tier fantasy options James Harden, DeMarcus Cousins and Kevin Durant for Daily Fantasy owners to get excited about.

Now as we started building our FanDuel lineup for Wednesday December 7th, 2016 we decided to look back at the past few nights of winning GPP Lineups. Here are a few quick facts from the five GPP Tournaments that I took a deeper look at.

Point Guard Under The $5k Mark On 4 of 5 Lineups (2 Lineups Had 2)

All 5 Lineups Had A Top Fantasy Option at Small Forward Position

4 of 5 Lineups Had 2 Shooting Guards Under the $7k Mark

3 of 5 Lineups had Center Under The $8k Mark

All 5 Lineups had both Shooting Guards Under $7k Mark

All 5 Lineups Had at Least 1 Player Under the $5k Mark

Here is our top NBA FanDuel Options for Wednesday December 7th, 2016

Point Guards – Jamal Murray & Jordan Clarkson

This combination might not look as appealing as going with a stack of Kyrie Irvin/Damian Lillard but it does provide us with some flexibility to build our complete lineup. Murray is a deep fantasy sleeper but after his 27.6 fantasy performance on Monday Night he is to difficult to pass up on. Meanwhile we expect to see a ton of scoring between the Lakers and Rockets opening up a few fantasy options from this contest.

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Kyrie Irving & Damian Lillard

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Emmanuel Mudiay

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Marcus Smart (If Isaiah Thomas is Out)

Shooting Guards  – Nicolas Batum & Sean Kilpatrick

We really like James Harden tonight but just couldn’t figure a way to get him in the lineup with LeBron James without building a lineup around multiple fantasy sleepers. This turned us to Batum for the Charlotte Hornets and Kikpatrick for the Nets. Batum gets the consistent minutes night in and night out to go along with back to back 40 plus fantasy performances. Meanwhile Kilpatrick has been hot of late posting over 30 fantasy points in four of his last seven games while posting over 20 in each.

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: James Harden

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Will Barton

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Jamal Crawford

Small Forwards – LeBron James & Paul George

The small forward position is that one slot where you can afford to go with two top tier options. For us we like both James and George tonight simply based on the fact we can save nearly $3k from going with Kevin Durant. James is riding back to back 40 plus fantasy point performances while George will look to take advantage of a Phoenix Suns team that ranks second in fantasy points allowed to opposing small forwards.

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Kevin Durant

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Wilson Chandler

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: P.J. Tucker

Power Forwards – Jabari Parker & Julius Randle

Looking at the matchups landed us with Parker tonight as he looks to take advantage of a Trailblazers team that has struggled against opposing power forwards this season (most fantasy points allowed per game). The second option we considered going cheap with someone line Ryan Anderson to open up the cap to go with someone like Hassan Whiteside but in the end we like Randle’s potential in a game where we should see a ton of shots by both teams opening up additional rebounding opportunities.

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Kevin Love

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Tobias Harris

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Ryan Anderson & Dwight Powell

Center Option – Nikola Vucevic

Entering Wednesday Night’s contest, the Orlando Magics center is riding a four game streak of posting at least 31 fantasy points. On Wednesday he will look to extend that streak against a Boston Celtics team that ranks 2nd in fantasy points allowed to opposing power forwards. Other options we like is to go cheaper at small forward than George and at power forward to free up cash for DeMarcus Cousins.

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Dwight Howard

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Jusuf Nurkic
