DraftKings Fantasy Football Bargains for Week 7

Brian Hoyer week 7 matchup has him a top bargain on Draftkings! Hoyer and the Cleveland Browns host the Jacksonville Jaguars at home on Sunday. The Browns quarterback has a value of $5,600 making him one of the best plays at quarterback under $6k. This opens up the door for some bigger plays at the running back and wide receiver positions.

The Jaguars defense is near the bottom in every major stat but don’t let that full you into going full roster of Browns. The Jaguars were torched early in the season as they allowed at least 33 points in the first four games. The last two weeks they have allowed a combined 33 points. This doesn’t stop us from recommending Hoyer as a bargain bin player for week 7.

Hoyer has at least one touchdown in every game this season but his week 5 matchup against the Tennessee Titans match up nicely to the Jaguars game this weekend. Hoyer connected on 21 of 37 passes for 291 yards and three touchdowns.

Here are the other bargain for DraftKings.

Travis Benjamin, Cleveland Browns ($3,200): Benjamin is a nice play at a cheap option especially if you are going with Hoyer at quarterback. The third year receiver out of Miami has shown the big play ability with three catches of over 20 yards. The Jaguars have allowed 1,163 yards and five touchdowns to wide receivers this season.

Jonathan Stewart, Carolina Panthers ($3,700): The Panthers finally get one of their main running backs back in the lineup this week. After Newtons big day with over 100 yards on the ground and a touchdown last week against a very good Cincinnati Bengals defense the Panthers running game should make some plays this week. The Panthers take on a Green Bay Packers defense that has allowed six touchdowns to running backs this season.

Wes Welker, Denver Broncos ($3,700): The Broncos have a difficult matchup in week 7 against the San Francisco 49ers but we like Welker’s matchup. The 49ers will do everything in their power to slow Demaryius and Julius Thomas as well as Emmanuel Sanders. This should allow Peyton Manning to hit Welker on quick slants to help move the ball down the field. Manning also only needs three touchdowns to break Brett Favres record for most career touchdowns.

Jermaine Gresham, Cincinnati Bengals ($3,500): Gresham should see more involvement in the offense with A.J. Green out of the lineup and Marvin Jones on the IR. Gresham has a great play this weekend against a Indianapolis Colts defense that has allowed over 350 yards and four touchdowns to tight ends this season.

C.J. Spiller, Buffalo Bills ($3,700): Despite the situation in Buffalo that might involve the team trading Spiller he is worth the gamble if your playing in larger tournaments such as the NFL 2.2 Millionaire Maker event. The Bills take on a Minnesota Vikings team that has allowed 32 catches for 267 yards and two touchdowns making Spiller valuable in the teams passing attack. The other added incentive is the Bills are quietly shopping Spiller and a big game could increase his value.

Other options: Miles Austin ($3,600), Justin Hunter ($3,200) and Brandon Pettigrew ($3,000).
