FanDuel Fantasy NBA Lineup for Wednesday April 1st

Fanduel's NBA championship in Miami

Russell Westbrook takes the court tonight to help deliver his FanDuel owners in an action packed NBA lineup. In all twenty-four NBA teams take the floor tonight including Westbrook’s Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunder host the Dallas Mavericks in a potential Western Conference shoot out.

This match up currently sits with an over/under of 216.5 the largest total of any contest in action. Along with the high over/under total these two teams also both rank in the top 10 in pace of play based on ESPN’s Hollinger’s team stats. This opens up the door for a few fantasy options from this contest including Chandler Parsons, Dirk Nowitzki and Steven Adams.

Other NBA games tonight that could have direct impact on fantasy lineups include the Los Angeles Clippers traveling to take on the Portland Trailblazers (over/under 208) as well as the Indiana Pacers heading to Boston to take on the Celtics (over/under 200.5). The last contest to watch is the Sacramento Kings heading to take on the Houston Rockets (over/under 210.5).

Along with some great fantasy matchups tonight’s lineup of contests also provide us with a great selection of big name fantasy stars. We elected to take Westbrook but other top options include Anthony Davis, Chris Paul, DeMarcus Cousins and James Harden.

Here is our complete FanDuel lineup for April 1st, 2015.

PG – Russell Westbrook ($12,700): This isn’t a Aprils fools joke here as Westbrook is the top fantasy option on the court tonight. Over his last ten contests, the Thunders point guard has dropped over 50 fantasy points in seven of those.

PG – Ty Lawson ($7,200): The list of options at the point guard position is long tonight  That being said Lawson had an impressive 40.3 fantasy performance just two games ago against the same Utah Jazz team.

SG – Joe Johnson ($5,600): Johnson has the top fantasy matchup of the night for the shooting guard position as the Brooklyn Nets take on the New York Knicks. The Knicks are allowing the most fantasy points in the NBA over the past week to the shooting guard position.

SG – Evan Turner ($6,800): While we would have loved to been able to pair up James Harden with Westbrook tonight the salary demands were just to heavy. This led us to Turner for the Celtics as he has posted back-to-back 30 plus fantasy performances.

SF – Chandler Parsons ($6,500): Much like Johnson we love Parsons matchup against the Thunder tonight. The Thunder have struggled against the small forward position as they have allowed the third most fantasy points over the past three weeks as well as the most fantasy points in the past week.

SF – Matt Barnes ($5,300): While the salary cap savings might not look as impressive as a player under $4k it still provides us some salary. Barnes has four 22 plus fantasy performances over his last ten games including a 30.3 performance just a few games ago.

PF – Trevor Booker ($4,000): As we looked for a solid FanDuel bargain to shed us some cap savings we landed on the Utah Jazz power forward. Booker has a great fantasy matchup against a Nuggets team allowing the second most amount of fantasy points to the power forward position. Booker posted a 25.5 fantasy point performance in his last outing against the Jazz.

PF – Dirk Nowitzki ($5,900): The one matchup we looked at for fantasy action was the Mavericks/Thunder showdown with the high over/under total. That being said Nowitzki was able to post a 29.8 fantasy performance the last time these two teams met up back on March 16th.

C – Steven Adams ($5,700): The top options at the center position had us looking at how we could make it work. In the end we elected to go with the cheaper option in Adams for the Thunder. Adams has five 30 plus fantasy performances over his last ten games.
