FanDuel NBA Lineup for Monday March 16th

fanduel nba-base-728x90 january 15

The NBA delivers an action packed Monday Night for fantasy owners on FanDuel. The lineup includes some of the NBA’s top fantasy scorers including Russell Westbrook, LeBron James, Stephen Curry and DeMarcus Cousins. In all the NBA lineup includes a 10 game lineup kicking off at 7pm as the Portland Trailblazers travel to Washington to take on the Wizards.

For us we started our lineup with a debate over whether or not to use Russell Westbrook or go to a cheaper option like Stephen Curry. The end result was made based over the additional $2,800 salary we would gain to upgrade at additional positions on the roster. That being said Curry was a great value play despite costing $10,200. The Lakers have struggled all season long in slowing down opposing point guards.

Curry and the Golden State Warriors host the Los Angeles Lakers tonight with an over/under of 209. Along with Curry here is the rest of our FanDuel lineup for March 16th, 2015.

Fanduel's NBA championship in Miami

PG – Stephen Curry ($10,200): While Curry has lacked the consistency to put up 50 point performances like Westbrook he should still have a great game tonight against the Lakers. Curry also has one of the top matchups tonight against a Lakers team allowing the most fantasy points all season to the point guard position.

PG – Ray McCallum ($5,200): McCallum’s value right now making him a great play tonight against the Atlanta Hawks. McCallum who is consistenly playing over 25 minutes should have an opportunity to make some plays tonight. In his last outing against the Atlanta Hawks, McCallum finished with 27.1 fantasy points.

SG – Klay Thompson ($7,200): Much like Curry, Thompson has the best matchup of the night against a Lakers team that has struggled all-season against opposing shooting guards. Along with the matchup, Thompson enters this matchup with three straight 30 plus fantasy performances.

SG – Monta Ellis ($6,800): The Dallas Mavericks could need Ellis to put up a big game in order to keep up with the Oklahoma City Thunder in a contest that features an over/under of 212.5 tonight. That being said look for Ellis to get his opportunity to make some plays.

SF – Jeff Green ($5,000): Looking for a value play at this spot we elected to go with Green with a great matchup against the Denver Nuggets tonight. The Nuggets enter tonight’s contest allowing the third most fantasy points over the past three weeks to opposing small forwards.

SF – Gordon Hayward ($7,700): We would have loved to been able to grab LeBron James here but that would strap us on a few additional players. Hayward has the ability to put up a big game almost any night with three 35 plus fantasy performance in his last four games.

PF – Thaddeus Young ($6,000): It is hard to tell from night to night which Young you will get on the court but tonight he should have a strong game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Young has posted two 30 plus fantasy performances in his last five games for fantasy owners.

PF – Brandon Bass ($5,700): You have a few options with this play as you can go with Bass or Dirk Nowitzki. We elected to go with the Boston Celtics power forward who has posted six straight games with over 20 fantasy points including two of those contest over 35.

C – Enes Kanter ($6,200): Kanter has posted back to back strong fantasy performances for his fantasy owners. Tonight should be no different against the Mavericks in a contest that could be a high scoring contest if Westbrook continues to his success opening up his chances on the glass.
