The best sports weekend of the year has arrived, as all eyes will be on Super Bowl 50. For us that is just the end of what looks to be an exciting fantasy weekend opening up on Friday Night. All of that fantasy action tips off tonight with a solid ten game NBA lineup that gets underway at 7pm ET.

Those ten games provide us with a great selection of fantasy options including John Wall, Chris Paul and LeBron James to name just a few. Another name to monitor is DeMarcus Cousins who is currently listed as probable for the Sacramento Kings game tonight against the Brooklyn Nets.

Now for us the first two games we have elected to take a look at is the Philadelphia 76ers verse Washington Wizards game and the second game is the Kings/Nets contest. As these two matchups feature teams that have had struggling slowing down opposing players allowing them to put together some big time fantasy numbers.

For us we have elected to build our lineup around Cousins and Wall as we expect both of them to put up some big time numbers in these games. The Nets rank third in points allowed to the point guard position making not only Wall but Rajon Rondo as well at the point guard position.

Here is our NBA FanDuel Lineup for Friday February 5th, 2016.

PG – John Wall ($8,300): Wall is an expensive option at the point guard position tonight but tonight should be a great night for the Wizards point guard. The Wizards guard has posted at least 47 fantasy points in three of the teams last four games.

PG – Derrick Rose ($6,200): Looking at the best options among all the point guard slots landed us with Rose tonight against the Denver Nuggets. Entering tonight the Nuggets are allowing the fourth most fantasy points per game to opposing point guards.

SG – Nik Stauskas ($3,800): While Stauskas is a big time fantasy gamble tonight but we view him as a deep sleeper to free up some salary cap number. While we love Wall for the Wizards tonight but we expect the 76ers to put up some solid numbers against a struggling defense.

SG – Joe Johnson ($5,300): Johnson is a hit or miss on most nights, as he has managed to post at least 20 fantasy points in seven of the teams last ten games. That includes 39.3 fantasy points in the teams last game against the Indiana Pacers just two nights ago.

SF – Gordon Hayward ($8,100): Since we managed to save a few bucks with our fantasy sleeper at the shooting guard position we were able to spend a little more freely at the small forward position. Hayward is our guy against a Milwaukee Bucks defense that has struggled against opposing small forwards.

SF – Wesley Johnson ($4,200): Johnson is another solid sleeper option tonight for the Los Angeles Clippers. The Clippers small forward has shown at times the ability to post at least 20 plus fantasy numbers.

PF – LaMarcus Aldridge ($7,100): Aldridge has been on fire of late posting at least 41 fantasy points in three of his last four games. Tonight he has a very favorable matchup against a Dallas Mavericks team that he posted 34.9 fantasy points the last time these teams met.

PF – Lavoy Allen ($3,900): After spending on a few of the top fantasy options we had to find a few bargains. Allen is a gamble but he has shown the ability to post 25 plus games over the Pacers last few games.

C – DeMarcus Cousins ($11,000): Cousins is our top option tonight but we suggest monitoring the injury report as the day goes on. If the Kings big man is active tonight we suggest building your fantasy lineup tonight. Cousins has posted at least 50 fantasy pints in six of the last night games he has appeared in.
