NBA FanDuel Lineup for Monday December 5th 2016

Fanduel NBA general

All eyes will be on the exciting NBA Lineup of Games tonight that features a few key matchups. At the front of those matchups features the defending NBA Champions the Cleveland Cavaliers traveling up North to Toronto to take on the Raptors in a battle between the top two teams in the Eastern Conference.

Along with being the top two teams in the Eastern Conference this season these two teams both have some big time fantasy scorers. When these two teams met back on November 15th the fireworks went off on both sides of the floor as the Cavaliers picked up the 121-117 win. In that game we saw LeBron James post 58.3 fantasy points followed by Kyle Lowry’s 54.5 and DeMar DeRozan 43.2 fantasy performances.

The other key NBA FanDuel option we like tonight is Russell Westbrook who continues to put together one of the best seasons in the history of the game. Westbrook posted his fifth consecutive triple double last night wihle posting his ninth straight fantasy performance over 50 points.

Here is our top NBA FanDuel Lineup for Monday December 5th, 2016

Point Guards – Russell Westbrook & John Wall

Looking to stack the top two point guards tonight will cost a bunch of money but both are excellent fantasy options based on their matchups tonight. Wall will look to take advantage of a Nets defense that has allowed the second most fantasy points to opposing point guards while Westbrook gets a crack at a Atlanta Hawks team that ranks third. Other top tier fantas

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Kyle Lowry

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Emmanuel Mudiay

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Sergio Rodriguez

Shooting Guards  – Gerald Henderson & Rodney Hood

At the shooting guard position we looked for both value fantasy plays along with top tier matchups for the position. This landed us with Gerald Henderson as a solid Fantasy Sleeper while Hood should have his opportunities to score against the Los Angeles Lakers defense. For Henderson the scoring chances should be their tonight as the Denver Nuggets like to move the ball as they currently are ranked 5th in pace of play while they have allowed a league high fantasy points to opposing shooting guards. Meanwhile Hood gets a shot at Lakers team allowing the second most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards.

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: DeMar DeRozan & James Harden

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Avery Bradley

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Nik Stauskas

Small Forwards – Sam Dekker &  LeBron James

We won’t compleltly opposite here at the small forward position going with one of the NBA’s top fantasy scorers with a deep fantasy sleeper. Now before setting Dekker into your lineup we suggest monitoring the status of Trevor Ariza. Meanwhile James has already one big game against the Raptors this season  and we expect this game to see the 230/240 combined points mark.

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Kevin Durant

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Otto Porter

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Thabo Sefolosh

Power Forwards – Nikola Mirotic & Markieff Morris

As we looked at the power forward position we only valued two players worth spending the money on (Kevin Love & Anthon Davis). The downside with those options is the fact that we went expensive with James, Wall and Westbrook. This turns us to a lower combination at the power forward position who both have solid fantasy matchups. Each of these options face off against teams that have struggled to slow down opposing power forwards (Trailblazers 1st in FPG allowed & Nets 3rd in FPG Allowed).

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Anthony Davis & Kevin Love

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Taj Gibson

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Trey Lyles

Center Option – Clint Capela

The Rockets center looks great on paper for us tonight against the Celtics in a game that will see a ton of points scored. This should open up a ton of rebounding opportunities on both ends of the floor for Capela to capitalize on. Add that with the fact the Celtics rank 2nd in fantasy points allowed to opposing big men makes Capela an interesting option. Entering tonight, the Rockets center has posted over 30 fantasy points in six of his last 11 games.

Top Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Dwight Howard

Mid Tier Fantasy Option We Like: Jonas Valanciunas

Fantasy Sleeper Option We Like: Jusuf Nurkic
