NBA FanDuel Lineup for Monday November 9th 2015

Stephen Curry has owned the first week of the NBA season for daily fantasy owners. Will that success continues tonight as he looks to lead his Golden State Warriors past the Detroit Pistons at home? Curry is our top FanDuel play of the night and a player we have decided to build our lineup around.

Along with Curry, we have a nice seven game NBA Schedule to build the rest of our FanDuel lineup from. This includes teammates Blake Griffin and Chris Paul as they look to lead their Los Angeles Clippers past the Memphis Grizzlies. Another exciting play is Andre Drummond for the Detroit Pistons who is coming off a massive 70 plus fantasy performance on Saturday.

Now each of those plays would round a solid fantasy team but that can’t happen as we are working with a tight salary cap. This means we have to look a few a few FanDuel bargains to allow us to add a few other top notch fantasy stars to Curry tonight. One game to look at is the Denver Nuggets verse Portland Trailblazers game tonight set with a 208 point over/under line.

One of those plays is Nuggets point guard Emmanuel Mudiay who carries just a $5,600 cap number. Mudiay has been solid at times recording four games over 24.4 fantasy points that includes his 31.3 point fantasy performance on Friday Night. Another solid Fantasy Sleeper is Mason Plumlee who has shown this season he can deliver a 35 plus fantasy performance.

While we love all the names we mentioned above we can only pick the best nine to build our daily FanDuel lineup around.

Here is our NBA FanDuel lineup for Monday November 9th, 2015.

PG – Stephen Curry ($10,900): The Warriors star continues to be the best player on the floor on most nights. Downside as he continues his dominance his fantasy salary number continues to ride. That being said it is hard to pass on him tonight when players like LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis are not on the floor.

PG – Derrick Rose ($6,900): At this point we can’t decide if we will ever see a full MVP season from Rose again. That being said we did see a big time fantasy performance just  a few games ago. Add in the fact we have seen a few big time fantasy performance of late against the Philadelphia 76ers makes Rose a solid option.

SG – Kentavious Caldwell-Pope ($5,000): The Pistons shooting guard has been consistent for his fantasy owners this season. Entering tonight’s contest, Caldwell-Pope has three sraigh games with at least 22 fantasy points. While that doesn’t look fancy he does have five 22 plus fantasy performances over his first six games.

SG – Kent Bazemore ($5,000): We could have gone a few ways at the shooting guard position tonight. In the end we elected to spend heavy at a few of the other positions. Bazemore has three 30 plus fantasy performances over his first eight games as well as three games with over 20 fantasy points.

SF– Nemanja Bjelica ($4,000): Bjelica is one of our top FanDuel Sleepers for the night with high reward potential. We saw that in his last game as he dropped 17 points, 11 rebounds and five assists helping him tally nearly 40 points on FanDuel.

SF – Tobias Harris ($6,700): We looked at a few options at the small forward position as well as spending on another position. In the end we elected go with the Orlando Magic small forward. Harris has posted at least 22 fantasy points in four straight games for his fantasy owners.

PF – Pau Gasol ($7,800): The debate could have been made for Blake Griffin but the extra $2,400 in cap savings made the decision for us. That decision allowed us to take Andre Drummond tonight at center as well as spend a little heavier at our second point guard slot.

PF – Jerami Grant ($4,100): Grant is another solid FanDuel bargain for fantasy owners tonight. The 76ers power forward has consistently saw the floor for at least 23 minutes this season. In that stretch, Grant has posted three 20 plus fantasy performances on a team that has been inconsistent on offense.

C – Andre Drummond ($9,300): The Pistons center has been a rebound machine for fantasy owners over the past few games. That includes 27 rebounds on Sunday as well as his career high 29 rebound game last week against the Indiana Pacers. Tonight should be a great night to pick up some boards against a Warriors team that likes to move the ball up and down the floor.

C – Festus Ezeli ($3,800): Now before deciding to go with the Warriors center in this matchup we tossed around guys like Andre Drummond, Brook Lopez as well as another fantasy sleeper in Dewayne Dedmon. All three are viable options but with the high scoring contest we expect a ton of opportunities for Ezeli to not only score but also for rebounding opportunities.
