Fanduel Fantasy Hockey Lineup for Wednesday February 18

Fanduel World Hockey Championship

The weather is cold for much of the northeast but the action is starting to heat up for FanDuel owners on the ice. This NHL lineup for tonight includes a six game schedule that features some great options for fantasy owners.

This includes a matchup between the Boston Bruins heading to Edmonton to take on the Oilers. Entering tonight’s contest the Oilers are allowing the second most goals in the league at 3.31 per contest. Along with the goals allowed the Oilers are also in the top six in fantasy points allowed to all four positions.

This includes allowing the second most fantasy points to opposing defenders as well as left-wingers. This gives us  a great starting point for building our lineup tonight on FanDuel. That being said the Oilers have struggled on the season playing to a 16-32-10 record making Tuukka Rask a great start in between the pipes.

Here is our lineup tonight for Fanduel.

LW – Max Pacioretty ($8,400): Pacioretty has a great matchup tonight against the Ottawa Senators. On the season the Senators are allowing the seventh most fantasy points to the left wing position. Add in Pacioretty’s consistency to reward fantasy owners including on a night in and night out basis makes him a must start.

LW – Zach Parise ($7,200): The Minnesota Wild left-winger is another great option tonight against the Calgary Flames. Parise has had at least a goal or assist in six of his last ten games for the Wild.

RW – Reilly Smith ($4,200): When we started looking for a bargain we looked at the potential highest scoring contest of the night. According to Vegas the Bruins/Oilers matchup is one of two tonight with an over/under of 5.5 goals.

RW Mark Stone ($3,700): Going with Stone at $3,700 opened the door for us to use the top goalie on the ice tonight. That being said Stone has registered five contests with over three fantasy points in his last 10 games including a high of 7.2 against Arizona.

C – Patrice Bergeron ($6,000): The Bruins center falls inline with a few of the other plays we like from this game. That being said Bergeron has netted a goal in six of his last ten games as well as registering at least a goal or assist in three straight contests.

C – Anze Kopitar ($5,900): Kopitar enters tonight’s contest against the Colorado Avalanche with 12 goals and 30 assists. The Los Angeles Kings center should have an opportunity to set up his teammates against an Avalanche team allowing the 11th most goals in the NHL.

D – P.K. Subban ($5,200): Subban enters tonight’s contest with three straight games with at least one assist. In that stretch Subban posted fantasy performances of 4.6, 3.7 and 2.9 for his fantasy owners.

D – Ryan Suter ($3,900): It is hard to build a fantasy lineup on FanDuel without a few bargains. That being said Suter has etted at least four fantasy points in three of his last five contests.

G – Tuukka Rask ($10,200): Rask is the top goalie on the board tonight against an Oilers team that has 32 losses on the season. Despite allowing back to back games with four goals we like his chances to net a win tonight at Edmonton.
