The day to give thanks is on Thursday but for us Thanksgiving gets started early with a 13 game NBA slate on Wednesday Night. This allows us all a chance to find a few key fantasy studs as well as a few key fantasy sleepers to build our NBA FanDuel lineups around.
At the top the list we have all the big name options available including Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Kevin Durant , LeBron James and Anthony Davis (Monitor His Injury Status). With all of those high end options available the big question is which Fantasy Sleepers and Bargains will help build that winning combination.
One of those fantasy sleeper options we like is Jeff for the Orlando Magic at the small forward position. While Green is a big time fantasy gamble he is a solid option in GPP Tournament Formats based on his playing time. Add that with the fact he will be facing off against a Phoenix Suns team that ranks first in fantasy points allowed to opposing small forwards makes Green a valuable addition.
Here is our top NBA FanDuel Options for Wednesday November 23rd, 2016.
Point Guards – Russell Westbrook & Isaiah Thomas
For us we suggest spending heavy at the point guard position with our top two options coming with Westbrook and Thomas. Westbrook will enter Wednesday Night riding back to back games with at least 61 fantasy points and at least 56 points in four of his last five games. Meanwhile Thomas will look to take advantage of a Brooklyn Nets defense that is allowing the most fantasy points to opposing point guards.
Other Point Guard Fantasy Options we like is Kyle Lowry and Mike Conley.
Fantasy Sleeper Option we like is Tyler Johnson.
Shooting Guards – Lou Williams & Rodney Hood
We tossed around a ton of names at the shooting guard position but it he end we valued the additional salary cap space at the point guard position and at small forward. That being said Hood has a very favorable matchup against a Denver Nuggets team that has struggled against opposing shooting guards. Meanwhile the Los Angeles Lakers have a hand full of injuries and will turn to Williams against a very good Golden State Warriors team.
Other Shooting Guard Fantasy Options we like are James Harden and Avery Bradley.
Fantasy Sleeper option we like is Nick Young.
Small Forwards – Kevin Durant & Jeff Green
On the front end Durant is one of those easy options when it comes to building our FanDuel lineup on Wednesday Night. The Golden State Warriors small forward has posted over 40 fantasy points in seven straight games. This is also a position where it gets really interesting as we strongly suggest going with Green as a Deep Fantasy Sleeper against a Phoenix Suns team that is allowing the most fantasy points to opposing small forwards.
Other Small Forward Fantasy Options we like include LeBron James and Marcus Morris.
Fantasy Sleeper option we like is Bojan Bogdanovic.

Power Forwards – Enes Kanter & Larry Nance Jr
The big question when we decided to go with a few of the top tier options is where would we offset some of that salary cap space? That turned us to these two options as Kanter continues to provide some production including 31.3 fantasy points in his last game. On the other side Nance could see additional minutes or even another start if Julis Randle continues to deal with his hip injury.
Other Power Forward Fantasy Options we like is Terrance Jones (If Davis is out) and Kevin Love.
Fantasy Sleeper Option we like is Amir Johnson.
Center Option – Marc Gasol
Our top option is DeMarcus Cousins but the downside is that we just don’t have enough salary cap space to make that work. This opened up the door for a few options including going with a much cheaper option like Tristan Thompson or even someone like Nikola Vucevic. In the end we elected to go with Gasol who will look to take advantage of a very bad Philadelphia 76ers team.
Other Center Fantasy Options we like include DeMarcus Cousins and Brook Lopez
Fantasy Sleeper Option we like is Tristan Thompson.
